Deputies reporting quarter size hail at Hamilton Rd and Sam Walker Dr.

Several reports were relayed from the public of quarter to baseball sized hail in the LaGrange area. Damage was reported to windows, cars and roofs.

A thunderstorm producing very large hail affected much of far eastern Troup county. The thunderstorm entered the county just north of Hogansville and exited just southeast of Mountville. A number of reports of very large hail were received from the county 911 center, storm spotters, and the public as the storm traveled through the county.
