A hail swath from a mile to 3 miles wide began near Conway and continued to the north-northeast across Laclede County. Hail from quarters to 3 inches in size fell along a path from Conway to Phillipsburg to Eldridge as a left moving supercell moved across the County.

Pictures of hail measured at 3 inches in diameter were received from the public. This hail fell in a mostly rural location though a few homes in the area received hail damage to roofs, outbuildings and equipment. A few vehicles suffered damage as well.
