Large hail up to baseball size fell over southern portions of Marion County. One house sustained siding and window damage.

March 31, 2023 · 2.5″ (tennis ball)

Another wide swath of large hail up to 2.5 inches in diameter fell across Hannibal. Numerous cars sustained damage as well as siding on homes.

April 14, 2002 · 4.5″ (grapefruit)

Softball size hail fell just south of Palmyra. A Quincy television station obtained video of the hail. The hail consisted of smaller hailstones clumped together.
