Hail up to 3 inches in size was reported in a mainly rural area. Damage occurred to a home, several outbuilding and a few vehicles.

March 27, 2020 · 4.5″ (grapefruit)

A swath of hail from tennis to softball size was reported from the northern portions of Houston to the town of Raymondville. Several reports were received via social media of large damaging hail. As the storm moved east numerous homes, businesses and vehicles sustained significant damage.

Large hail fell mostly in forrested areas.
