Hail up to softball-size was reported several miles northeast of Bloomfield. The hail caused crop damage and also some vehicle, home and farm equipment damage in the area.

Hail up to a little over 4 inches in diameter fell in the Crofton area. The hail lasted at least 15 minutes but was mostly smaller than golf ball-size.
