A social media report from Lostine, Oregon indicated that hail stones up to 1.25 inches in size fell around 1627 PDT. A trained spotter 1 mile west northwest of Lostine reported hail stones to the size of 1 inch around 1628 PDT.
· 2.5″ (tennis ball)
A trained spotter in Wallowa, OR reported a severe thunderstorm that was producing hailstones the size of tennis balls. Reports and pictures received from the public also indicated that hail had damaged the sidings of windows of homes, as well as damaging the panels and windows of uncovered vehicles. 4 injuries from the large hailstones were also relayed by the trained spotter.
