· 2.25″ (tennis ball)

Multiple homes had roofing damage at The Ranch subdivision north of Bismarck.

· 4.5″ (grapefruit)

A slow moving thunderstorm developed to the south of Mandan and rapidly strengthened as it moved into Burleigh County. The storm then gradually moved to the east-southeast passing over Lincoln. This storm caused extensive damage to developments to the south of Bismarck and throughout the Lincoln area.

· 3.25″ (tea cup)

A severe thunderstorm struck northern portions of the city of Bismarck around 4:30 AM CDT. Large hail combined with strong wind gusts to cause substantial damage. The largest hail with a diameter of 3.25 inches fell near Legacy High School.
