Baseball size hail occurred around 12 miles south of Higgins.

April 16, 2015 · 3.33″ (tea cup)

A storm chaser measured 3 1/3 inch diameter hailstones 2 miles northeast of Allison.

September 5, 2008 · 4.5″ (grapefruit)

The large hail broke the windows out of a car and two pickup trucks. The report was actually one half mile northeast of the earlier report made three miles east of Allison. No injuries were reported.
