Snyder Fire Department reported nickel-size hail in Fluvanna. The time of occurrence is partially estimated from radar.

A thunderstorm produced three inch hail in Snyder. There were multiple reports of golf ball to softball sized hail in Snyder. There was a photo of hail up to 3.5 inches. There were numerous broken windows, busted solar panels, severely damaged roofs and vehicles, and damage to trees. Six injuries were reported. The cost of damage is a very rough estimate.
