Trained spotters and broadcast media reported a significant hail storm across Greene County. Hail ranging from golf ball to baseball-sized was reported in Stanardsville, Quince and Ruckersville. Several vehicles were damages. Nearly 30 horse trailers were destroyed at two companies. Some reported baseball-sized holes in roofs of homes and businesses.
